By applying for membership, attending an event, or using the 10z Club platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. 10z Club is a private, curated social network. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at our sole discretion.
Members must be at least 21 years of age. All applicants are subject to mandatory government-issued ID verification. Submitting false information will result in an immediate, permanent ban.
10z Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, non-consensual behavior, or aggression. All members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and integrity. Violations will lead to immediate removal from the event without a refund and permanent termination of membership.
Tickets are non-transferable and must match the name of the verified member. Sales are final. Refunds are only issued if 10z Club cancels the event. In cases of member expulsion during an event, no refund will be provided.
To protect the privacy of our members, photography and videography by attendees may be restricted at certain events. By attending, you consent to being photographed by official 10z Club media personnel for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly opt out at the venue.
10z Club organizes social gatherings but is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss that occurs during an event. Members attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own actions and belongings.
